Together, we have the opportunity to save more children from a life of potential violence, uncertainty and strife. Won’t you help us provide a safe home for these children, where they can learn of God’s love and His plan for each of their lives? We encourage monthly sponsorship but also appreciate one time gifts. 3. The Home shelters and nurtures defenceless children, who are victims of brutal violence, sexual exploitation, neglect, chemical addiction, child labour, and human rights violations

4. Ministry is affiliated with the PAOC & PAOC Mission-Link fellowships

5. All donations received are forwarded in their entirety to the care of children at the Home in Brazil.  Specifically designated donations go towards projects.  Administration costs for Home of the Good Shepherd in Canada are paid by members of the Board of Directors in Canada.

6. Shaping values and changing lives of children in their formative years multiplies the effect to those around them

7. Second generation members of the Redmann Family have heeded the call and are continuing the work in Brazil and in Canada, as did their parents, Kurt and Gudrun

How to become a sponsor

We encourage monthly sponsorship but also appreciate one time gifts. Sponsorship is structured in increments of $30.00 per month. You will receive a photo and regular updates of your sponsored child(ren), and updates from them individually.

Home of the Good Shepherd is a Registered Canadian Charitable Organization and all donations are tax deductible.

One time and monthly donations can be made using several different methods:

To donate directly from your bank account, click here to download an automatic withdrawal form and then follow the directions on the form.

To donate using your credit card, click here to be redirected to the secure CanadaHelps.org website. Follow the prompts on this site and you will recieve your receipt via email within moments of making your donation.

To donate by cheque, mail to the Home of the Good Shepherd Ministries Canadian office. Click here for the mailing address.

Tax receipts for bank account and cheque donations will be mailed to you at end of the year. Tax receipts for credit card donations made via CanadaHelps.org are issued immediatey by email.
